Before working with menta, Más Boletos did not offer an official resale solution. As a result, ticket resales were happening outside the platform, through informal and unsafe channels. This led to a growing number of user complaints, fraud incidents, and operational strain,especially around sold-out events, where demand for flexibility was highest.

What we did

menta was integrated to enable official, in-platform fan-to-fan resale, designed primarily to improve safety and user experience rather than to maximize short-term revenue.

Together with Más Boletos, we:

  • Activated official resale directly inside the ticketing platform, avoiding external marketplaces
  • Implemented resale under platform-defined rules and flows, aligned with Más Boletos’ operational priorities
  • Addressed critical fraud vectors, including QR lifecycle management, to reduce misuse and unsafe transactions
  • Gradually automated resale and protection flows until they could be activated consistently across events

The integration required close coordination due to internal team changes and technical adjustments, but once stabilized, resale became a repeatable and mostly automated part of event operations.

With official resale in place, Más Boletos shifted ticket exchanges into a secure, controlled environment, delivering clear operational and experiential benefits.
