What we did
menta enabled Funticket to launch “Pasa tu Pase”, an official fan-to-fan exchange experience fully integrated into their ecosystem.
Rather than adding an external tool, the focus was on:
- Bringing fan-to-fan exchange inside the platform, under Funticket’s brand and operational rules
- Establishing full traceability and control over ticket exchanges
- Supporting a new revenue line, aligned with high-demand events
- Training internal teams to operate fan-to-fan exchange as a standard part of event setup
Because Funticket operates on the Palco4 system, the rollout focused on onboarding, operational training, and best practices rather than a new technical integration.
Once enabled, fan-to-fan exchange became systematic: events now launch with “Pasa tu Pase” active by default.
The outcome
With fan-to-fan exchange embedded into their platform, Funticket achieved both operational control and commercial validation.
